Thank you for your email of 26 January 2024, in which you requested the following under the 
Of icial information Act 1982 (OIA): 
1.  Please provide all correspondence between government ministers and Cameron 
Slater (formerly of Whale Oil blog and subject of the "Dirty Politics book). 
 
2. Pease provide any information with regards to any meetings between Mr Slater 
and any government ministers. 
I can advise that there has been no correspondence or meetings between Mr Slater and the 
Rt Hon Winston Peters since his appointment on 27 November 2023. Therefore, I refuse 
your request under section 18(e) of the OIA, as the information you have asked for does not 
exist.
