I  refer  to  your  official  request  of  26  December  2023  for  copies  of  maps  of  Oxford  Rural  No.1 
Water Supply One. Accordingly, please find attached a general map indicating the location of the 
water mains in the Watson Reserve/ Rockford Roads area (Attachment A). 
 
However,  more  detailed  information  is  available  from  the  Council’s  Openmaps  Website  at 
https://openmaps-waimakariri.hub.arcgis.com. As this is an electronic version, it allows scrolling 
in to a higher definition, at which point the details on restrictors, pipe sizes and fire hydrants can 
be  seen.    This  is  likely  to  be  more  useful  than  a  large  number  of  plans  showing  the  detailed 
information for each asset.   
In addition, this map allows scrolling out to a larger scale, in order to view the full extent of the 
Oxford Rural No.1 water supply.
