information about private prosecutions.
The Ministry is seeking to clarify the timeframe for your request as you
did not give a date range.
To aid in your clarification, the Ministry can provide data from 2013 to
2023.
We are happy to proceed with your request once given a specific timeframe
for the requested information.
Please note that in line with s15(1AA) of the Act, if a request is amended
or clarified after the date it was received, this may be treated as a new
request.
We look forward to hearing back from you by 26 January 2023.
You have the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman under section
28(3) of the Act.
