The 2023 annual report for the Electrical Workers Registration Board is currently not published on 
the website. Could you please provide a copy of this report. 
 
We anticipate that the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) 2023 Annual Report will be available 
on the EWRB Website within the next couple of months, once the new incoming Minister has had the 
opportunity to receive and review the report, and it has been presented to Parliament. MBIE is therefore 
refusing your request under section 18(d) of the Act, as the information requested wil  soon be publicly 
available. 
 
We encourage you to continue to keep an eye out on the EWRB Website for the 2023 Annual Report, 
which wil  be found at: www.ewrb.govt.nz/about-us/our-board/annual-reports.
