Thank you for your work on this so far. See below for our responses to the five
considerations DOC has raised.
● In regards to iwi engagement, we have had hui’s with Ngāti Rang on 24th May and
Information 
2nd June 2023. We have started to build a good relationship based around their
“relationship agreement” and KPI’s. Pure Turoa believes this will become a very
positive and productive relationship moving forward. We have had our first hui with
Uenuku on Wednesday the 14th July, 10am at the Raetihi office. s9(2)(a)
were very welcoming and are happy that we have been chosen as the preferred bid.
They have indicated a strong willingness to start work on joint commercial
opportunities after their treaty settlement and following a successful 2023 snow
Official 
sports season at Turoa. We will be having more hui’s to further our relationship with
them.
● Pure Turoa have built a team that have the wide range of skill sets to run a
the 
successful ski resort and have the experience of businesses within New Zealand and
abroad. Attached is our org chart which shows the current RAL Turoa based team
integrated into the Pure Turoa team. s9(2)(a)

current Health and Safety systems and staff alongside new staff brought on we look
to provide a seamless transition. Looking to cause the least amount of disruption to
all processes then quickly moving to improve and develop.
● We have attached our current 18 month cash flow which has been approved by
MBIE. This shows the viability of the business moving forward. Access to additional
capital from shareholders including MBIE is readily available.
● Financial statements will be provided from current finance department staff alongside
Pure Turoa’s accountancy company “Balance Aotearoa” based out of Whanganui.
