dates of initial meetings with portfolio departments, list of attendees, documentation 
provided at these meetings and any notes taken by the office staff. Your request has 
been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA). 
 
You requested the following:  
•  The dates of your initial meeting with your portfolio departments; 
•  A list of attendees at this meeting 
•  Any documentation provided at the meeting  
•  All notes (including handwritten notes) taken by you or your office staff at the 
meeting. 
 
My diary is proactively released and includes the names of attendees.  
 
The initial meetings with portfolio departments were focused on the Briefings for 
Incoming Ministers, which will be proactively released in due course. Actions points 
were noted for follow up, e.g., engagements with stakeholders.
