Thank you for your email on 11 December asking for the following which has been 
considered under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act). Please see outlined below a 
response to each part of your request.  
Please confirm you have received an email from Mr Steve Kirsch entitled "Kindly 
read this article showing data from 5 countries" 
Please provide your response to Mr Kirsch OR if no response the reasoning for no 
response. 
If it is intended that there is no response to Mr Kirsch's email I would like to make 
the identical request that Mr Kirsch has made, i.e. with reference to the same 
article please provide an explanation as to how the charts contained therein are 
consistent with a safe vaccine. (https://kirschsubstack.com/p/medicare-death-data-
proves-the-covid). Alternatively rather than specifically responding to that article 
please provide the existing Health NZ safety signal analysis on the NZ vaccine 
data that indicates there is no safety signal for the outcome of death. 
 
Response 
 
After an extensive search, I can confirm that Te Whatu Ora have not received any emails from Mr 
Steve Kirsch titled “Kindly read this article showing data from 5 countries’ therefore we cannot 
respond under section 18(e) of the Act as this information does not exist despite reasonable efforts 
to locate it.
