1./ I ask again, has KO had any involvement in this project
1.1./ if so, what involvement
1.2./ please provide agreements related
1.3./ please provide what funding was provided by each party and the terms
1.4./ we already have consent documents, however please provide discussions or negotiation
documents/emails related
1.5./ Please advise if any financial grants were provided and the amounts
1.6./ We are aware of a number of subdivisions that have requested consents between 2019-
2023 that have not been approved by Ruapehu District Council due to servicing limitations,
please provide documentation that supports the approval of these consents.
1.6.1./ Please provide emails between government or local government parties related to the
approvals or negotiations of this project.
2./ If Ko has no involvement in any of the above questions, please transfer this case to the
relevant government agency or local government agency to provide answers to points above.
It would have been necessary under section 14 of the Act to transfer your request to Te Tūāpapa Kura
Kāinga - Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) because the information you requested is
more closely connected with its functions. However, we are aware that you have already made your
request to HUD, and therefore we have not transferred it.
We do not hold any additional relevant information that is not already held by HUD. You have the right
