Good morning Manfred,

RESPONSE TO YOUR OIA REQUEST

I write in response to your OIA request of 10 February 2015.

On 25 February 2015 you replied to my request for clarification of your request. You wrote that in addition to the letter sent by the Chief Human Rights Commissioner to the Mayor of Christchurch on 3 December 2014 you were seeking: "other correspondence that took place between the HRC, the Christchurch City Council and MBIE, regarding red zoning and the s. 124 issue."

I enclose a copy of the relevant correspondence.

Kind regards,

Robert Hallowell
Official Information Act Officer
