I refer to you request for official Information received on 3 December 2023 relating to Foyle Street 
and other social housing projects Ohakune.  
 
1) Does council have any emails, documents, minutes or agreements in the last 24 months relating 
to this property that are not specifically for consent purposes? i.e. has council had any involvement 
in the discussions, negotiations or funding of the build.  
 
Ruapehu District Council is not involved in the discussions, negotiations or funding of the build 
occurring at 9 Foyle Street, Ohakune.  
 
2) Does council have any involvement with Te Kūmete O Paerangi Limited, or Ngāti Rangi on any 
housing projects in Ohakune?  
 
Ruapehu District Council does not have any involvement with Te Kūmete O Paerangi Limited, or 
Ngāti Rangi on any housing projects in Ohakune other than Teitei Drive.
