REQUEST FOR INFORMATION  
LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL INFORMATION AND MEETINGS ACT 1987 
 
Thank you for your Request for Official Information received on 2 December 2023 relating to any 
emails, documents, minutes or agreements in the last 24 months relating to the property that are not 
specifically for consent purposes. i.e. any involvement in the discussions, negotiations or funding of 
the build. Other Ohakune housing projects Te Kūmete O Paerangi Limited, or Ngati Rangi on any 
housing projects in Ohakune. 
 
We wil  endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible with a decision and in any event 
no later than 23 January 2023, being 20 working days after the day your request was received. 
Processing requirements. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we wil  notify you of 
an extension of that timeframe.
