I refer to your official information request that was transferred to us on 16 November 2023 for: 
a.  “the ful  meeting minutes of New Zealand Walking Access Commission from 1 January 2021 to now”  
b.  “the updated register of each Board member’s conflict of interest.” 
The ful  meeting minutes of board meetings are publicly available on our website: https://www.herengaanuku.govt.nz/our-
work/about/disclosure/board-meetings. Board meeting minutes are made available on our website after they have been 
confirmed at the following Board meeting. 
I have included the current register of interests for Board members. Please note that this is a register of interests, and not 
conflicts. Board members are required to declare any actual or perceived conflicts of interest at the start of each board 
meeting they attend and/or as they arise in the course of their duty. Herenga ā Nuku Aotearoa does not keep a register of 
actual conflicts of interest.
