Neville Owen Harris QSO- Declared that he has been providing part-time advisory services
on ad hoc matters to the Racing Integrity Board. However, will cease this role when
appointed to the Board. The Minister expects that any such conflicts, whether potential or
real, be promptly brought to the attention of the Chair of the Board. The Chair will assess if
the conflict can be managed through a conflict-of-interest management plan. In the event
that the conflict cannot be managed effectively, the Minister is expected to be informed at
the earliest opportunity.
