Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 25 October 2023, in 
which you requested: 
I would also like to add that Ministry of Health granted themselves 11,005 
vaccine exemptions to themselves - why was that?   
I don't believe police got that option did they? 
Your first question is better answered by the Ministry of Health and has been transferred 
to them for a response.  
Police like any other agency, followed the processes and policies that were in place at the 
time.
