Thank you for your email of 20 October 2023, asking for the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
“In the response to request for Official information, reference: HNZ00025554 and
HNZ00025920 it was stated:-
'In collating this response, we identified six vaccine batches from 2021 that do not match
received batch numbers in the data provided to you as Appendix 1 for OIA request
H202200175.'
Please provide these six identified batch numbers.”
In response to your request, please see the table below which identifies the six batch numbers that
were corrected from the data released in
Appendix 1 for
OIA H202200175 and the reasons for the
discrepancies.
Batch number
Reason for discrepancy
FF2406 – corrected to FF4206
Discrepancies relate to sub batches in deliveries miskeyed
FG7373 – corrected to FG7372 by providers when receipting them in their inventory. Al
FG7575 – corrected to FG7372 errors were corrected by the National Immunisation
FK0015 – corrected to FK0115
Logistics Customer Service Team when identified.

This was a made-up batch number used in a dummy order
to test systems.
This was one of the batches in the Denmark and Spain
deliveries which were delivered to the warehouses prior to
the CIR inventory portal becoming fully functional and were
FG3716
recorded in a separate database. The batches were
retrospectively loaded in the CIR inventory portal as a
record only. Batches FG9019 and FG3716 were initially
documented as one record and later separated to reflect
both batch amounts released into stock at the warehouse.
