Thank you for your official information request dated the 18th of May 2024 for the Auckland Ferry Programme 
Business Case commissioned by AT and prepared by Santec between 2020 and 2022. 
Please  find  attached  the  requested  document.  Please  note  that  some  information  has  been  withheld  in 
accordance with Section 7(2)(a) of the Local Government Official Information Act (LGOIMA) 1987 to protect 
the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons and section 7(2)(i) of the Local 
Government Official Information Act (LGOIMA) 1987 to enable any local authority holding the information 
to  carry  on,  without  prejudice  or  disadvantage,  negotiations  (including  commercial  and  industrial 
negotiations.
