Your request was transferred from Manatū Hauora on 24 October 2023, asking for the following 
information under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act):  
 
“Please provide copies of the CVIP Steering Group Minutes from 23 November 2021 
to most recent.” 
 
Your request for this information is refused under section 18(g) of the Act, as we do not hold this 
information. Te Whatu Ora does not hold the COVID-19 Vaccination and Immunisation Programme 
(CVIP) meeting minutes. Although the CVIP function moved across to Te Whatu Ora, decisions 
around the CVIP-related documents were made by Manatū Hauora – Ministry of Health at the time.
