Thank you for your email of 3 November 2023 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, 
requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Please provide a similar table, for submissions made for each day June 2022 and 
June 2022 and of august 2023. 
On 11 October 2023, Kāinga Ora provided you with the number of conflict of interest 
declarations, by month, for the past three years, as you had previously requested. We 
consider this information is sufficient, in line with our obligations under the Act, and that 
providing a daily breakdown would not add any value. As such, I am refusing your request 
under section 18(h) of the Act as we consider your request to be frivolous or vexatious. 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this 
response. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
