OFFICIAL INFORMATION REQUEST  
 
 
I refer to your official information request dated 29 September 2023 for information in relation to 46 
residential  lots  in  Ohakune.    We  apologise  for  the  lateness  in  responding  to  your  request  and 
acknowledge that we have failed to respond withing legislative timeframes. 
 
As per the document shared on Kāinga Ora website

shows 46 residential lots, of which 44 have been advertised to the public as a 15/15/14 split 
between social, affordable and workers accommodation. 
 
1./ Please advise what the remaining 2 residential lots are being used for 2./ Who wil  own the 
remaining 2 titles, or who wil  they be transferred to 3./ Please provide any documentation relating 
to the remaining 2 residential lots, such as agreements, contract for them, discussions around who 
wil  get them or who they would/could be allocated to. For the avoidance of doubt, this is any 
emails, txts, discussions, social media messages, phone calls, etc. 
 
RDC would have transferred this request to Kainga Ora as it is believed to be more closely connected 
with the functions of the agency that submitted the resource consent. 
Al  of the questions have been answered by Kainga Ora.   Al  agreements and contracts were 
provided in the OIA response dated 26 September 2023 and published to Kainga Ora’s website at:
