I refer to your email dated 17 May 2012, requesting the Auckland Council CEO expenses for 
Quarter 1, 2012. 
 
I can advise that the Auckland Council's Chief Executive does not have a council credit card 
and has not claimed reimbursement for any expenses during the period of 1 Jan 2012 to 31 
March 2012. 
 
Should you believe we have not responded appropriately to your request, you have the right 
by way of complaint, under section 27(3) of the LGOIMA, to apply to the Ombudsmen to 
seek an investigation and review of the decision.
