Thank you for your email of 29 August 2023 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
1.  Please would you share any communications between you and receivers of your grant money 
and employment policies from Oct 2021 until the present time. Please include any information 
packs supplied to these money receivers for c19 vaccination policies. 
 
2.  Also please share any health policies for receivers of your grant money from Oct 2021 until the 
present time. 
 
On 1 September 2023 Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities invited you to clarify your request. I 
note that you have not responded. 
 
Kāinga Ora has interpreted your request as referring to Kāinga Ora grants related to COVID-19 
between October 2021 and the date of your request.  I am advised that Kāinga Ora did not receive or 
administer any grants related to COVID-19 during this period. Therefore, I am declining your request 
under section 18(g) of the OIA, the information does not exist.  
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of my decision on your
