We apologise for the lateness in responding to your request. We acknowledge Council have failed
to respond to your requests within the legislative timeframes.
I refer to your four official information requests dated 19 August 2023 in relation to all notes,
documents, and emails pertaining to; CEO meetings as per agenda 20220921, CEO meetings as
per agenda 20211130, CEO meetings as per agenda 20211130, CEO meetings as per agenda
20220525.
I have made every possible effort to locate information that relates to telephone calls, including
checking email archiver and communicating with relevant staf and consultants. I am refusing parts
of your request under Section 17(e) that the document alleged to contain the information requested
does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate it, cannot be found: because the information
is not held.
Your questions and response are set out below.
Al notes, documents, and emails pertaining to CEO meetings as per agenda 20220525 on 21 April
2022 At ended Teitei Drive workshop with Kāinga Ora, Ngati Rangi with consultants.
Confirmed purpose of meeting was to collaborate to advance the design and delivery of the Ohakune
housing project. The documents released include the following Minutes 21 April 2022. Proposal of
Services 21 April 2022, Workshop Agenda 21 April 2022.
In response to your remaining questions, I am refusing your request to notes, documents and emails
CEO meetings as per agenda 20220921, CEO meetings as per agenda 20211130, CEO meetings
as per agenda 20211130, CEO meetings as per agenda 20220525.

without substantial collation or research.
