(Oranga Tamariki), requesting correspondence between Oranga Tamariki and Australian
authorities regarding your children. Your request has been considered under the Official

You have requested:
I would like any copies of eevidence between relations with the International State
Liason Officer that I have dealt with, and or any information between Oranga
Tamariki and Australia for the return of my babies locked up having been to 14

We need to clarify your request to enable us to respond. In particular, we would like to
clarify the following:
• What is the name / contact information of the International State Liaison Officer
that you have dealt with and about whom you are enquiring?
• Could you please confirm that the Australian authority you are enquiring about is

please advise which other Australian authority / authorities you believe may be
involved.
Please note that any clarification or subsequent amendment of a request is considered
to be a new request for the purpose of calculating the maximum statutory timeframe for
response—see section 15(1AA) of the Act.
Please be aware that, as advised in previous correspondence, Oranga Tamariki is unable
to take action or provide advice with regards to children in Australian state care. As such,
we encourage you to continue in your efforts to discuss the matter with Queensland
