Thank you for your email of 15 August 2023 to Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities 
requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I ask for the fol owing statistics: 
1./ How many OIA requests has KO received in the last 12 months 2./ How many 
have been completed in the OIA timeframe of 20 business days. 
3./ How many have required "extension is made in accordance with section 
15A(1)(b) of the OIA" 
3./ What is the average time to completion of OIA requests for KO 4./ How many 
has information declined. 
 
This information is published 6-monthly on the Public Service Commission’s website at 
https:/ www.publicservice.govt.nz/guidance/official-information/oia-statistics/. We 
anticipate that the most recent statistics to June 2023 wil  to be published within four 
weeks. Therefore, I am declining your request under 18(d) of the Act as “the information 
requested is or wil  soon be publicly available”.
