Thank you for your email on 14 August 2023 to Te Whatu Ora requesting, all agendas and minutes
from the previous 12 months from the Project Steering Group and Clinical Transformation Group
for the New Dunedin Hospital Project, under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act).
I apologise for the delay in providing our response. The time taken is not what we aspire to. This is
something we are working to get on top of, in the context of being a new organisation and dealing
with a high volume of requests, given the understandably high public interest in our work.
Please find attached all the documents identified in scope of your request which are being released
to you. Please note, where information is withheld this is noted in
Appendix 1 below and the
document itself.
I have considered the public interest considerations in releasing the information under section 9 of
the Act. I do not consider the withholding of the information from this response is outweighed by
public interest considerations in making that information available.
