  Could you please provide access to the document establishing ESR's Statement of Core

Also, could you please detail the amount of funding you received in 2022, in addition to 
where funding was sourced (proportion of revenue that is public, private, etc)?

Response 
The document establishing ESR's Statement of Core Purpose dated November 2010

2.  Also, could you please detail the amount of funding you received in 2022, in addition to 
where funding was sourced (proportion of revenue that is public, private, etc)?  
Response 
Please note that ESR does not receive any direct government funding. ESR’s income 
and revenue is generated from contracts with customers and agencies in the public and 
private sectors for services and research. 
For the Financial Year 2022, ESR had a total revenue of $110.8 million. The breakdown 
of ESR’s total revenue is as follows: 
•  Revenue from contracts in the Public Sector 
$86.9 million 
•  Revenue from contracts in the Private Sector 
$23.9 million
