Service Support
Policies for claims requiring long-term support
We have identified the following policies as relating to claims that require long term support. Please find
these attached as Appendix 1:
• Identify and Reassess a Client Requiring Long Term Social Rehabilitation Supports
• Assess and Set Up Long-term Residential Support
• Set up Long Term and Extended Nursing Supports
• Send a Permanent Injury Compensation application pack
• Process a Permanent Injury Compensation application
As staff names were not requested, they have been deemed out of the scope of your request and removed.
