Thank you for your official information request received on 31 July 2023 for "all extant 
information relating to the Certificate of Title NA 18D/618, Waipu District held on file, 
especially any information relating to it being reported missing". 
The information we are able to provide is enclosed. However, information relating to the 
personal details of persons who have previously requested a copy of NA 18D/618 have 
been refused under section 9(2)(a) of the Official Information Act 1982 to protect the 
privacy of natural persons. We are of the view the withholding of this information via 
redactions is not outweighed by the public interest to make that information available.
