Thank you for your request to the Department of Conservation, received on 26 July 2023, in 
which you asked for: 
 
I noted, OIAD-3014 
"In making my decision, I have considered the public interest considerations in 
section 9(1) of the Official Information Act 1982 and determined there are no 
public interests which outweigh the grounds for withholding. 
 
However, I can advise that we expect the process wil  be completed by mid-July 
2023" 
 
May I seek further updates- I did not find any relevant information online 
regarding this. It is 26 July 2023 now. 
 
We have considered your request under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA). We note that 
your original OIA request related to appointments to the Board of Predator Free 2050 
Limited.

The following members of the Board were re-appointed for the terms stated: 
 
•  Devon McLean (until 31 May 2024) 
•  Katie Milne (until 30 November 2024) 
•  Estelle Pērā-Leask (until 31 May 2025).  
 
Michael Slater was appointed as a new member until 31 May 2026.
