Official Information Act request – Information regarding applications for funding in the Ruapehu 
District  
We refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), received by 
Crown Infrastructure Partners (CIP) on July 24 2023, as below: 
Please provide the applications to date for Ruapehu region with regards to the CIP / IRG funding. 
Currently Ruapehu District Council has funding allocated to TeiTei Drive to develop the land. I'd like to 
see applications on the applications submitted to date and any amendments. 
We enclose documents relevant to your request.  
We advise that, in accordance with sections 9(2)(a) and 9(2)(b)(ii) of the OIA, certain information has 
been redacted from the enclosed document.  The basis for the redactions has been noted throughout the 
document.   
We note that some applications have been withheld in entirety in accordance to section 9(2) (b) (ii) 
CIP notes that you are entitled to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman under section 28(3)
