format as the Central Hawkes Bay hui.   I’m not sure if there will be a whakatau or not.  If not I will
introduce the kaupapa to the members and maybe a quick  introduction by the EC people and then I
will get them to give a quick information session on the voting process under MMP and I will then
take over and talk to our members about voting and people can do their registration with the EC
people.

Also a reminder that we have our Kahukura Powhiri on 4 July see invitation attached.

Kia ora Harry,

The Electoral Commission is organizing our Dunedin-based staff to attend your Hui this Saturday, 1st
July 2023.

Can you please provide the following information to ensure we are sufficiently resourced for the Hui.
Name and details (mobile / email) of your Dunedin contact person
Is there a kawa me ona tikanga that we need to be aware of?
What is the purpose of the Hui? (i.e., Registrations, enrolments, MEO, kōrero about the
electoral system etc)
How many members are you expecting to attend?
Will there be other groups attending? (i.e., media)
Will wāhine / whānau be attending?
How long would you like the Electoral Commission team to stay?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
