Thank you for writing to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) on 29 June 2023,
to request the following, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the OIA):

an extract of the annual amount spent with all suppliers where the Supplier name begins
with the letter A for the 2021/2022 financial year.
•
this data in an open format, csv or json formats would be suitable.
•
the following details provided:
- Supplier Name
- Suppliers NZBN number (if available)
- Total Amount Spent
- GST Exclusive amount
An Excel spreadsheet in comma-separated value (CSV) format with the information you have requested
is attached to the same email as my response letter, as
Document 1. This list excludes the following
payments:
o
payments to members of tribunals and bodies managed by MBIE under statute
o
rent in advance for housing for refugee resettlement; and
o
expenses reimbursed to staff whose family name begins with the letter A.
Please note, the information provided in this spreadsheet is GST inclusive. Unfortunately we were
unable to recalculate these numbers by the current due date. However, if you do want us to provide
these numbers without GST applied, please let us know by
emailing [email address].
