payable spend. 
 
The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) will not be able to respond within the timeframe set 
out in the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) under section 15A(1)(a) because your request 
is for a large quantity of information and section 15A(1)(b) as consultations necessary to 
make a decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be 
made within the normal 20 working day time limit. 
 
MPI will reply to your request by no later than 25 August 2023, earlier if possible.
