In your response dated 19 July 2023 (GOV-026284), you stated: "ACC does not have a form for 
documents disclosed to third parties"; however, the ACC7395 Form, which was included in the 
appendix for that request (GOV-026284), specifically references the "ACC6246 Relevant documents 
list". Clearly, ACC does have a form for documents disclosed to third parties. Please provide me with 
a copy of the ACC6246 Relevant documents list form.
