Thanks.
I think yes will be in T4 structure. She doesn’t think anyone is doing this as a whole part so is new role.
Can we be really transparent about the why now vs following consultation? Ie. (better words than this) This work is
now, and ongoing and critical and cannot wait. It is open to all, and it is permanent to be clear that we recognise the
process 180?

Mmmm – this wasn’t the role that we talked about on Friday – I guess this is a bit of change by stealth because I’m
making an assumption that this would have been in her structure nationally which we are going to consult on…… so I
guess I’m ok with it but if someone challenges this and why we’re recruiting a tier 4 now without having done
consultation they just need to be clear 1) that it’s a permanent role, 2) it can’t be argued that someone is already
doing this and 3) it has to be open to anyone and fol ow a very robust process…..

Hello,
Jo called around this PD and she and Fionnagh wanting to advertise this permanently and asap (ie she wants to get
Released
the advert up now)
Is this the thing you referred to on Friday?
Jo advises that it is a role that they wil have to have, has a work programme now and beyond and they have tried to
get people to take up interim/secondment roles but people are not comfortable to do that now.
Thoughts?
