REGULATION  
I refer to your request of 23 June 2023 (received 8 September 2023) for the following 
information:  
“Do you accept photographs of vehicles committing a parking offence from members of the 
public for the purposes of issuing infringements? Or is an officer required to attend every call?” 
Council accepts photographs of parking offences and issues infringements based on the 
evidence captured in the photographs, if the person providing the photograph confirms that 
they are willing to act as a witness in Court if the notice is challenged.
