Official Information Act 1982 (OIA): 
 
For the New Zealand people I seek any information you have received in the role of 
foreign minister on unidentified flying anomalies (UAP). 
 
Any  documents,  reports,  or  memos  related  to  the  Five  Eyes  Foreign  Material 
Recovery Program (FMP) with a specific focus on UAP.  
 
Any  information  you  have  been  provided  in  your  role  as  foreign  minister  on 
disclosures regarding UAP made by other nations. 
 
I  am  refusing  your  request  for  information  under  section  18(e)  of  the  OIA,  as  the 
information you have requested does not exist.  
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision
