-   Applications within our system can be picked up by any citizenship trained Life and

Identity Services Officer in any office. 
-   As the data is extracted from a dynamic system, there may be small variances when 
compared with prior or future datasets. 
-   The data for Workstream 1 shows a drop off in applications in October and November 
because the applications received from October 2022 onwards that did not meet the 
automated checks (and therefore moved to workstream 3) are mostly still in Workstream 
2, as they have not yet been pre-assessed to move into Workstream 1.
