Thank you for your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). 
 
On 21 August 2023 you asked, in response to a previous reply from Kāinga Ora – Homes and 
Communities under the Act: 
 
“Can I please request clarification on the pipeline project in the area demarcated as ‘Matipo’. 
Are the 23 dwellings on Matipo Road only, or are they across a number of streets? If it is the 
latter, could these please be identified”. 
 
The 23 dwellings in the pipeline as at 31 May 2023 were located in the Matipo Census Area Unit, one 
of three Census Area Units on the Te Atatu peninsula, as below.
