Thank  you  for  your  correspondence  dated  5  July  2023  in  relation  to  ECC  EOC  Seismic 
Resilience 1 Dunorling Street Alexandra. 
 
Please find the CODC response to the information request below: 
 
1.  Please  provide the buildings  current %nbs  at IL4, the  date  of the  last  assessment, 
and the type of seismic assessment completed. 
Alternately if you do not hold/cannot provide the above please provide the last seismic 
assessment for the buildings identified above. 
 
A six stage refurbishment project for the Alexandra Service Centre was started in 2018 and 
included structural alterations work to 100% NBS (IL2). Stages 1-5 were completed from 2018-
2020 and the final stage has just been completed.  
 
No ISA or DSA assessments had previously been undertaken as the building did not meet any 
of the criteria for earthquake prone buildings.  
 
However, Batchelar McDougal Consulting were engaged in January 2023 to complete a DSA 
to IL4 level for the Alexandra Service Centre.  
 
A copy of the DSA assessment report is attached.
