Small amount of electrical wiring arcing in ceiling space. initially thought to be a

transformer however on arrival of electrician it appeared to be a loose wiring
connector. No structural damage to building. Manager stated that they held smelt
smoke for about two hours before calling FENZ. I advised them that any smell of
smoke in the building they should call immediately.
