Thank you for your email of 18 May 2023 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment 
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982, the following information: 
 
“…an organisational chart of all branches of Immigration New Zealand, including the types of 
visa applications they asses, and their staff’s names and job titles…”   
Our Response 
 
Please refer to appendices one and two (attached). The former contains the most up to date Immigration 
New Zealand organisational charts, including staff names and job titles. The latter shows a breakdown 
of the types of visa applications each visa processing office assesses, as at 12 June 2023.
