OIA 22-23-61: Internal Investment Correspondence on Mulberry St Report 
 
Thank you for your email of 16 May 2023 to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), 
making a request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). You requested the following 
information: 
 
Please provide copies of SMS, Whatsapp or similar messaging between Dylan Lawrence and 
Georgia Mil s regarding: 
 
1) the Mulberry Street report, 
2) the communication of findings of the Mulberry Street report; and 
3) any OIAs regarding the Mulberry Street report. 
 
Answers to your questions are as follows.  
 1.  Al correspondence between Dylan Lawrence and Georgia Mils on SMS, Whatsapp or 
similar messaging regarding the Mulberry Street report/communication of findings of the 
Mulberry Street report are attached as Appendix One.  
2.  NZTE conducted a search on the devices of Dylan Lawrence and Georgia Mil s for copies 
of SMS, Whatsapp or similar messaging regarding any OIA regarding the Mulberry Street 
report. NZTE returned no results from this search. 
You have the right under section 28(3) of the Act to seek an investigation and review by the
