Response to your request for official information Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to Manatū Hauora
(the Ministry of Health) on 12 June 2023. You requested:
“You have not answered my question on the promulgation of the report . You have
deferred me to another OIA which just supplies a copy of the report ie

Kindly answer this OIA regarding the promulgation of this Pfizer clinical report.”
Manatū Hauora stands by its previous decision and has nothing further to add. The term
‘promulgation’ refers to the act of officially or publicly announcing a new law or system, which is
not relevant to the Pfizer Nonclinical Evaluation Report. As you were advised previously
(H2023025284 refers), a copy of the Pfizer Nonclinical Evaluation Report has already been
proactively released through the Act and is publicly available through the link you provide.
Please note the Act does not support requests where an opinion, comment, argument, or
hypothetical statement is put to the Ministry for response. Correspondence of this nature may
be refused in the future under section 18(g)(i) of the Act.
