Thank you for  your  email  dated  28 April 2023,  in  which  you requested information about 
communication from Paul Majurey relating to the Ockham projects. The specific details of your 
request and our response are below. 
 
I am requesting the following: 
 
1)  all communication between Paul MAJUREY and general managers (GM)s in 2023 
relating to OCKHAM projects. 
 
In terms of the correspondence, we ran an initial email search according to the below 
parameters: 
• 
To and from: Paul Majurey and Eke Panuku General Managers. 
• 
Search term: “Ockham” 
• 
Timeframe: 1 Jan 2023 – 28 April 2023 
 
Results:  Emails from Eke Panuku addresses to Paul, including 'Ockham' = 41 emails. Emails 
from Paul to the Eke Panuku email addresses = 8 emails. 
 
Please find copies of the email correspondence attached.  
 
Please note, we are withholding a number of emails under section 7(2)(i) Local Government 
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, namely it is necessary to withhold the information 
to allow Eke Panuku to carry on, without prejudice or disadvantage, negotiations (including 
commercial and industrial negotiations). 
 
2)  details of meetings by GMs and/or board directors with Paul MAJUREY where 
MAJUREY is not in his capacity as Panuku chair OR director: 2023. 
 
We have no record of details or minutes of meetings of this type in this timeframe.  
 
Decisions relating to the information that is being released to you were made by a senior 
manager with the delegated authority from the Chief Executive of Eke Panuku.
