Thank you for your email of 30 April 2023, to the Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) requesting 
copies of documents referred in writ en parliamentary question 5232 (2023). 
 
This letter is to advise you that MPI is transferring your request in full to the office of Hon 
Damien O’Connor, Minister for Biosecurity, under section 14(b)(ii) of the Official Information 
Act 1982. 
 
Your request is partially being transferred because the information you are seeking in WPQ 
1363 regarding Auckland Airport, I believe, is more closely connected with the functions of 
the Minister.  
 
However, MPI wil  respond to the second part for your request: 
 
I also request any extracts from weekly reports prepared for Ministers from December and 
January which reference MPI operations at airports.
