I refer to your information request dated 14 April 2023 made under the Official Information Act 1982 
(the Act). You requested the grade distributions for all core 100-level BSNS papers at the University of 
Otago during Semester 2, 2022. 
 
We note we contacted you 18 April 2023 to clarify which papers you were interested in receiving 
grade distributions for, as there are a number of papers taught for BCom majors and subject-specific 
majors. Your response of 18 April 2023 confirmed that you were interested in receiving grade 
distributions for the Semester 2, 2022 BSNS111, BSNS112, BSNS113, BSNS114 and BSNS115 papers. 
 
Subject to the following comments, please see attached the information you have requested.  
 
•  this information is correct as at 18 April 2023.  
 
•  in the attached grade and mark distributions, we note that students who withdrew from the 
papers are excluded from the data.
