Thank you for your email of 5 April 2023 to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), making 
a request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). You requested the following 
information:

The panel members wil  complete a declaration of interests and affirm before each meeting 
that there are no new conflicts. 
Can you please provide full copy of panel member's conflict of interests declaration. 
Also, I would like to request the full meeting minutes of this panel since it's establishment. 
Answers to your questions are as follows. 
1. A copy of the panel member’s conflict of interest declaration are being withheld in full under 
s9(2)(ba)(i) – to protect information which is supplied in confidence Declarations of interest 
and conflict of interest management is assessed and managed on a case by case basis. 
The AIP advisory panel members declare their interests in a register that is updated 
regularly and as needed before each meeting.
2. Please find the Active Investor Plus advisory board minutes since its establishment 
attached as Appendix One.
You have the right under section 28(3) of the Act to seek an investigation and review by the
