Treasury since 2008, broken down by the institution(s) and countries from which 
they came. 
 
2. The number of financial sector staff (broken down by institution) seconded to 
Treasury to advise on and oversee the development of Public Private Partnership 
Projects (PPP).  
 
3. The length of duration of each secondment, and the cost (where applicable) to 
the New Zealand taxpayer.”
