Thank you for your email of 24 March 2023. Your specific request and our response are set
out below.
I require all correspondence, emails, log notifications, names, phone numbers, copies in any
books, sheets, emails, of any and all complaints and outcomes regards my property at 39
Bush Road, Waiatarua, Auckland 0604 held specifically by Auckland Council's Licensing and
Regulatory Compliance department and personnel in the past 3 years
Our Compliance Response Noise department have provided the following:
Detailed noise complaint report, including complaint details and officer notes.
The noise control officer’s name is Keith O’Brien who is a contractor employed by First
Security Ltd, 2 Arthur Brown Place, Mt Wellington.
